At the same time, the Board of Directors of Severstal has published its Report on risks and
their opinion about significant aspects of Severstal, which usually
are published in the annual report. It gives investors and interested
parties the opportunity to obtain information about the current assessment by the Directors of the main
risks and significant aspects of the company before the Committee on
the audit approves the audit plan and review audits.
