the Board of Directors has given General meeting of shareholders of JSC "Mechel" following recommendations:
- For ordinary registered uncertificated shares not to pay dividends;
- On preferred registered uncertified shares to pay dividends in the amount of 3 rubles 48 kopecks per share;
- the List of persons entitled to receive dividends for the year 2019, to make on the basis of the register of shareholders of JSC "Mechel" as of July 17, 2020
- the payment of dividends on the outstanding preferred shares – 482 874 064 rubles 20 kopecks;
- the rest of the profit in the amount of 1 353 153 508 rubles 10 kopecks – to leave Unallocated.
the Board of Directors also recommended to the General meeting of shareholders of JSC "Mechel" to approve the distribution of net profit for the 2019 year the following option:
the Annual General meeting of shareholders of JSC "Mechel" will be held on 30 June 2020 in the form of absentee voting.
