The Sinarsky Pipe Plant (Sinarsky Pipe Plant), which is part of the Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK), hosted events dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the founding of the plant. They were attended by Minister of Industry and Science of the Sverdlovsk Region Sergey Perestoronin, First Deputy General Director of TMK - Chief Engineer Vyacheslav Popkov, Managing Director of SinTZ Vyacheslav Gagarinov, representatives of regional legislative and executive authorities, employees and veterans of the plant.
As part of the celebration of the anniversary of the plant in the social and cultural center of the city of Kamensk-Uralsky, where the enterprise is located, a solemn event took place. During the celebration, 55 employees of SinTZ and related enterprises received departmental, industry and corporate awards, including the titles "Honorary Metallurgist" and "Honored Worker of TMK".
The plant also hosted a conference with the participation of consumers of SinTZ pipe products , during which further prospects for cooperation were discussed. The forum delegates visited the production sites of Sinarsky Pipe Plant and TMK-INOKS, a specialized enterprise for the production of pipe products from stainless steel grades and alloys operating on the basis of Sinarsky Pipe Plant.

The history of SinTZ dates back to the early 1930s. In 1934 the plant was put into operation and produced the first products. Since then, SinTZ has been repeatedly reconstructed and modernized - new production facilities have been organized or existing production facilities have been improved, the plant equipment has been replaced or improved. In 1936, the construction of a unique pipe foundry was completed, which had no world analogues at that time. In 1961, the largest pipe-drawing shop in Europe was launched at the plant, and in 1963, pipe-casting shop No. 2 was put into operation. Modernization continued in the 70s and 80s of the last century - the pipe-rolling shop No. 2 ( T-2), a shop for the production of oil country tubular goods (T-4) and pipe rolling shop No. 3 (T-3).
The next stage of modernization of the plant began in the 2000s, after SinTZ entered the TMK. As a result of the implementation of a large-scale investment program, new sections for heat treatment of pipes were built, a high-performance threaded line for the production of tubing in workshop T-4, and non-destructive testing lines for pipes in workshops T-2 and T-4. In pipe-drawing shop No. 2 (V-2), a section for the production of long pipes was organized. In workshop T-2, in particular, a press for upsetting pipe ends, pipe-cutting machines for the production of pipes with premium threaded connections and a coupling-screwing machine were installed. In workshop T-4, a section for the production of heat-insulated lift pipes was organized, a new line for the production of premium types of pipes was built, the park of machines for cutting sleeve billets was updated. At present, SinTZ annually implements measures for technical re-equipment and modernization of equipment, which allows it to meet the modern requirements of consumers.
