An Agreement has been concluded between Siberia-Polymetals JSC (part of the UMMC raw materials complex) and the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Altai Territory on the implementation of the investment project “Development of the Korbalikhinskoye polymetallic ore deposit”. The total amount of the subsidy is up to 40 million rubles. The Korbalikhinsky mine is located in the Zmeinogorsky district of the Altai Territory. It develops the largest polymetallic ore deposit in Russia. The reserves of the Korbalikhinsky mine are 26 million tons of ore with a high zinc content, as well as copper, lead, gold and silver. The field is located at a depth of 1300 meters.
