At the regular annual general meeting held on June 11 in Moscow, members of the Russian Steel Association of Ferrous Metallurgy Enterprises re-elected Vladimir Lisin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of NLMK Group, as President. He will lead the association for two years.
The Supervisory Board is chaired by Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC OMK Anatoly Sedykh, Director of Government Relations of NLMK Group Marina Ivanova was elected to the position of Vice President and Chairman of the Management Committee.

Vladimir Lisin has been a member of the Board of Directors of NLMK Group since 1996, and has chaired the Board of Directors since 1998.

The Russian Steel Association of Ferrous Metallurgy Enterprises unites the largest producers of metallurgical products in Russia. The Association was founded in 2001 by the leading metallurgical companies of Russia to coordinate efforts to protect the interests of Russian metallurgists and to implement joint projects that are not of a commercial nature. The companies that are members of the Association produce 98% of Russian pig iron, about 90% of steel and Russian rolled products, about 60% of pipes, as well as a significant share of raw materials for the metallurgical industry.
