Clinic "UMMC-Zdorovye" together with the shopping center "Europe" launched a social photo project "Be safe. Be beautiful. Be healthy. ”
The project aims to popularize the wearing of protective masks during a pandemic. 20 portrait photographs of models in masks are posted on the walls of the clinic and show that the mask has become not only a means of protection, but also a fashion accessory.
On October 1, 1926, the world of fashion changed forever. Vogue has printed Coco Chanel's little black dress. At first they talked about him - shocking, it turned out - a classic. The color of mourning has become the color of chic. The dress has settled in the wardrobe of tens of millions of women.
2020 brought its attribute to the fashion world - the mask. At first it looked like a forced and temporary thing. Now it is as necessary an accessory as an umbrella in the rain and warm clothes in the cold. They all know how to beautifully protect and decorate. And just to be fashionable.
The main symbol of the year has already become part of the collections of the world's leading fashion houses.
“Many people refuse to wear masks because they want to show their faces, because it is not stylishly, - says Natalya Makarochkina, head of the UMMC-Zdorovye polyclinic. “In our project, we want to show that a mask can be a stylish and very interesting accessory. This is a new time and a new fashion. ”
The coronavirus pandemic has divided society into supporters of wearing medical masks and anti-masks. Meanwhile, doctors are confident that the growth of covid patients is not least associated with anti-mask moods.
According to Rospotrebnadzor, wearing a medical mask reduces the likelihood of contracting various respiratory infections by 1.8 times.
In the presence of contact with patients with acute respiratory infections, wearing a medical mask reduces the likelihood of infection with pathogens by 1.8 times.
Nevertheless, many people refuse to wear masks or do it incorrectly. The classic way to wear masks in public is on the chin. Experts insist that such use of masks is not beneficial.

- it is necessary to remove the mask by an elastic band or tape;
- when removing the mask, do not touch its surface, if touching could not be avoided, it is recommended to wash your hands thoroughly with soap or alcohol;
- a wet or damp mask should be changed to a new, dry one;
- a disposable mask cannot be reused;
- used disposable mask should be disposed of, preferably in a bag
