On July 4-5, OJSC “BMZ, the managing company of the BMK holding, will hold the International Scientific and Technical Conference“ Metal-2019 ”. It will bring together over 150 students and young employees, including representatives of 13 foreign companies. The list of participants includes employees of the BMK holding, students of Belarusian technological universities, specialists from metallurgical enterprises in Russia, Ukraine and Moldova.
Traditionally, the conference will be held in 12 sections, covering all areas of activity of any industrial enterprise. Students and young metallurgists will be able to present their reports both on production topics and on information technology, energy saving, economics, labor protection, personnel management, etc. Their novelty and practical significance will be assessed by a competent jury, which will select the winners in each of the sections.
& bsp; & bsp; It should be noted that the participants of the Metal-2019 MNTK will also have a rich cultural program. They will be able to get acquainted with the activities of the Belarusian Metallurgical Plant, visit Gomel with a sightseeing tour, and hold a paintball tournament. Within the framework of the forum, it is also envisaged to hold a round table on the topic “System of working with youth at the enterprise.”
