A new self-propelled truck crane LIEBHERR LTM 1100-5.2 has been delivered to the Mokhovsky coal mine branch of JSC MC Kuzbassrazrezugol (an enterprise of the UMMC raw materials complex). The machine with a lifting capacity of 100 tons was presented at the XXVI International Exhibition of Mining Technologies "Coal of Russia and Mining" in Novokuznetsk.
“As part of the program for technical modernization, the Company is not only renewing its main mining equipment fleet. Much attention is paid to the acquisition of the most modern auxiliary equipment. Including the "exhibition" samples of the world's leading machine-building companies ", - says Igor Kirilov, head of the energy-mechanical department of JSC" MC "Kuzbassrazrezugol".
The five-axle mobile crane LIEBHERR LTM 1100-5.2 is one of the most compact in its class. It is flexible and economical to operate thanks to the Vario Base cramped working system and independent steering of all five axles.
Unlike similar truck cranes that are already operating at the Taldinsky and Krasnobrodsky coal mines, the LIEBHERR LTM 1100-5.2 delivered to the Mokhovsky mine is equipped with a remote control panel. It makes it possible to remotely start the chassis engine and install the crane at the work site.
The new machine with side number 1 will be used to assemble excavators that are delivered to the assembly sites with heavy units and components.
