Obtaining a certificate code 95 in Poland

Code 95 is an official document that confirms the qualifications of a motorist driving a vehicle with a carrying capacity of more than 3.5 tons. This document is mandatory for every driver who plans to carry out freight or passenger transportation in the EU countries. You can get code 95 with category C, D and E in specialized educational institutions located in the EU.

Who needs code 95

A certificate of professional fitness is required for absolutely all drivers who work or plan to work in the EU countries. You won't be able to get around the law and get a job without this document.

EU legislation is very strict about the transport industry and any deviation from the rules is punishable by huge fines. Passing the code 95 course and successfully passing the test will give you the opportunity to work honestly and legally. You can get Category 95 code from the learning center Charter Group. Moreover, after training, you will be offered employment on mutually beneficial terms in a European company.

Training for code 95 for Ukrainians

Depending on the date of obtaining a driver's license of a certain category, a motorist must complete one of the following training courses:

  • “kwalifikacja wstępna” (full course) is a 28-day basic training for drivers who opened category C after 10.09.2009 and category D after 10.09.2008. For 28 days, the cadets will pass theoretical and practical classes, after which they will pass the test in the presence of the commission. The cost of such a course is PLN 2300.
  • "szkolenie okresowe" (short course) - periodic retraining for those who have previously taken a full course. A short course for code 95 was created for drivers who opened category C before 09/10/2009 and category D before 09/10/2008. The duration of this training is 5 days. Cadets are waiting for theoretical classes and lectures from mentors. Drivers will not take any exams. The cost of retraining is PLN 700.

What is taught in the courses

In training, cadets take group and individual lessons. The theoretical program covers the following topics:

  • electronic tachograph, entering and changing data, vehicle speed control, etc.;
  • mode of work and rest of the motorist;
  • toll roads and payment methods;
  • rational planning of the route, taking into account traffic jams and road features;
  • filling in and submitting CMR invoices;
  • European Union law;
  • penalties for international motorists.

Practical classes are held on a virtual simulator and behind the wheel of a truck with a semi-trailer. During the allotted time, the driver will work out the speed of reaction to stimuli and learn how to maneuver along narrow roads. Also, in practice, cadets learn to secure the load inside the semi-trailer and correctly drive up to the ramp.

How to enroll in training

The procedure for applying to study in Poland is quite simple. The motorist must fill out the form electronically, that is, enter the necessary data. Further, the representative of the educational institution processes this application and sends an invitation for a visa. The cadet arrives in Poland and settles in a hostel provided by the company.

The cost of training includes the passage of a medical examination and psychological testing. After successfully passing the test, a motorist can find a job in any transport company in the European Union.
