Concrete products are widely used in the construction of a wide variety of buildings. If you use steam generator for concrete production for drying, you can significantly reduce the time from pouring the product into a mold, to using it directly in construction and installation works. Main technical characteristics

  • The presence of pressure in the chamber has a positive effect on the speed of the drying process.
  • Preparation of ingredients for the future concrete mix.

The principle of operation of a steam generator

Almost anything can act as a fuel that heats up gases passing through water jackets. But, in order to save money and environmental friendliness, it is better for this purpose to choose a steam generator running on natural, liquefied gas or diesel fuel. After heating, the water turns into saturated steam. The operation algorithm is as follows:

  1. steam is distributed through pipelines for the needs of the enterprise;
  2. exhaust gases, having lost heat, are removed outside the premises;
  3. additional water is supplied automatically as needed;
  4. the steam generator is started and stopped by the operator;
  5. high-quality protection against emergency situations.

The steam generator is connected to a special room where concrete products will dry. If necessary, in order not to cool the equipment to low temperatures, it can be temporarily switched to the heating state.
