A sufficiently large amount of liquids and additional ingredients are placed in the hopper to increase the viscosity. Other equally important characteristics worth adding:
- Powerful and productive pump for supplying a viscous mixture.
- Supplying fluid to a considerable depth into the well.
- Standard adjustments for dosing solution.
- All important controls are at the operator's fingertips.
- Mixing and dispensing of the solution occurs simultaneously.
The last factor is especially important, as it can significantly reduce the time of well and drilling rig maintenance. Perform the entire scope of required drilling and hydraulic fracturing work in one shift. Additional equipment requires a minimum of time for maintenance.
Universal air compressor
Most drilling equipment has a pneumatic drive. But to ensure its uninterrupted and productive operation, an autonomous or mobile crawler compressor is needed. Other important characteristics of a suitable compressor accessory should be added:
- moderate diesel consumption;
- reasonably high reliability during operation;
- automatic performance adjustment ;
- light enough for road transport;
- minimal background noise.
A quality compressor needs maintenance, but in the field it can only be produced a few times a month. In addition, the compressor must automatically maintain a normal temperature, not overheat or overcool.
