What technical conditions are needed to perform rigging work
The team of the company "Pull-Tolkai" consists of a permanent staff of trained employees. For transportation, installation and loading and unloading works we involve highly specialized specialists: electricians, welders, assemblers. Engineers, foremen, foremen supervise and monitor the process.
To carry out rigging of any complexity, we maintain our own fleet of equipment:
- light portal systems with a carrying capacity 30 and 60 tons, GPS with 4 telescopic racks for lifting loads weighing up to 1100 tons;
- truck cranes, modular self-propelled platforms and lifts;
- forklifts with fork attachments;
- systems with sliding pads for moving machines on tiles, other fragile floor coverings;
- hydraulic jacks and pushers, pneumatic lifts.
The use of GPS with 4 telescopic struts makes it possible to lift large equipment weighing 300 tons to a height of up to 12 m.
The complexity of transportation of machines depends on their condition. The new equipment is disassembled into individual units, packed at the factory in the package. Old machines, operating lines are in assembled condition. Before transportation they need to be disassembled, dismantled. Increased labor costs and lead times. Engineers need to study the diagrams and drawings, develop a plan. work becomes more complicated when technical documentation is lost from old machines. If it is impossible to disassemble the equipment without drawings, it is necessary to move it around the workshop in the assembled state. Installers disassemble doorways openings, partitions.
Complex turnkey rigging services consist of several tasks. Installers of the company "Pull-Push" after transportation unload the machines with a truck crane from the platform of the vehicle. Oversized load is delivered to the workshop by tilting or self-propelled platform. If transportation is difficult, openings and partitions are dismantled. Sometimes sections of the roof are dismantled to unload the machine with a truck crane. On a pre-prepared foundation, installation of equipment is performed using portal systems. After connecting the engineering systems, according to the technical documentation, the masters perform commissioning works.
The time for rigging work is from 1 to 7 work shifts. The process with fixation on a photo or video takes place under the control of a responsible person. The master delivers the object to the customer according to the acceptance certificate.
