Customs clearance of imports into Ukraine is regulated by the Customs Code of Ukraine, as well as regulations of the State Customs Service. Basic principles:

  • All goods imported into the country are subject to mandatory declaration.

  • Goods are classified in accordance with the Ukrainian Classification of Foreign Economic Activity (Ukrainian Classification of Goods of Foreign Economic Activity).
