Disposal organization

Disposal of industrial waste is still an urgent problem. But today there are already quite effective ways to recycle waste. The latter include industrial waste, machinery, electronics, food industry waste, etc.

Our company carries out collection and disposal of waste. We work throughout Russia, independently remove garbage, unnecessary equipment, etc. We also carry out technical expertise to write off faulty equipment from your company's balance sheet.

What types of waste exist

There are many types waste, which can be divided into several categories depending on their origin and properties. Below are the most common types of waste:

  • Food industry waste: this includes products that are left over from food production. For example, these are the remains of animal husbandry, crop production, etc. Food industry waste is usually disposed of by composting. This process can also be carried out on an industrial scale - for this, the waste is decomposed in an anaerobic environment. The result is fertilizer - compost;
  • waste from industrial enterprises: they are formed and accumulated during the production of various goods, for example, metal products, cars, building materials, etc. Industrial waste can be recycled in a variety of ways. Most often this is burial (a less popular method), as well as processing. In the latter case, secondary raw materials can be obtained that can be reused in production;
  • waste of chemical enterprises: generated and accumulated in chemical plants, for example, in the production of plastics, rubber products, paints and varnishes, etc. Such wastes include, for example, heavy metals hazardous to the soil, mercury, acids and other substances. Waste of chemical enterprises requires a special approach to disposal and treatment, as they can be hazardous to the environment and human health;
  • electronic waste: a fairly wide group of waste, which includes computers, laptops, electronic devices, old computers , monitors, printing devices, acoustic systems, etc. Electronic waste may contain hazardous substances such as lead, cadmium, mercury, etc. They have harmful effects on the environment and human health if they are not handled correctly. When disposing of computer equipment and other electronic devices, specialists disassemble the equipment into its component components and sort them.

Old computers, equipment, machine tools, cars are always disposed of using complex methods. So, for example, when utilizing equipment, experts disassemble it into its component components. Plastic, metal and other materials are recycled - they are used to obtain secondary raw materials for reuse. Electronic circuit boards containing precious metals are sent for refining. And those spare parts that cannot be recycled at all are disposed of in other ways.

Thus, sorting electronic waste components is an important process that allows you to divide spare parts into classes for recycling in the most appropriate way.

What are the methods of disposal

There are various technologies for recycling of furniture, computers and other waste. Next, consider some of them:

  • burial. This is one of the oldest and simplest waste disposal methods - in this case, the garbage is simply stored and buried in the ground at specially designated landfills. Today, the method is considered rather outdated and inefficient, but despite this it is still popular in some countries. Waste, decomposing in the ground, emit toxic substances that pollute the soil and groundwater;
  • incineration and pyrolysis. It is carried out both in conventional boilers and in special installations. This process is accompanied by the release of toxic and especially active gases - but they are disinfected by special methods. Incineration is a high-temperature processing of waste, while pyrolysis is carried out at relatively low temperatures;
  • recycling is today the most advanced and advanced way of getting rid of waste. In this case, the waste is processed into new products. For example, plastic bottles can be recycled into pellets, which are then used to make new plastic products. Recycling is a more efficient method of waste disposal because it allows valuable resources to be reused, thereby reducing the amount of waste that ends up in landfill.

The choice of disposal method depends on the type of waste and available technologies, and also on economic feasibility and environmental safety.
