After completing a re-investigation initiated by Eurofer, the European Commission decided to uphold anti-dumping measures against a number of cold-rolled flat products produced by metallurgical enterprises in China and Russia.
Anti-dumping duties have been retained for imported products of Chinese steelmakers in in the range from 19.7% to 22.1%, for Russian - from 18.7% to 36.1%.
Restrictive measures have been introduced for cold rolled steel corresponding to the codes CN ex 7209 15 00 ( TARIC 7209150090), 7209 16 90, 7209 17 90, 7209 18 91, ex 7209 18 99 (TARIC 7209189990), EX 7209 25 00 (TARIC 7209250090), 7209 26 90, 7209 27 90, 7209 28 90, 7211 23 30,, ex 7211 23 80 (TARIC 7211238019, 7211238095 and 7211238099), ex 7211 29 00 (TARIC 7211290019 and 7211290099), 7225 50 80 and 7226 92 00. 2020 to June 30, 2021, but in general, imports of the specified metal products from January 1, 2017 were studied.
