The acquisition cost is estimated at about 106.7 billion Danish crowns (approx. 14.3 billion euros), DSV doubles its size and creates the foundation for future sustainable growth. The combined company's revenue will amount to approximately 310 billion Danish crowns (approx. 41.6 billion euros) and employs approximately 160,000 people in more than 90 countries.
