The French pipe manufacturer Vallourec has announced the signing of an exclusive agreement with the French company VINCI Immobilier for the sale of its site in Deville-le-Rouen, a former pipe factory.
As a result of intensive competitive selection, VINCI Immobilier became the preferred buyer in March 2025, entering into exclusive negotiations with a project proposal that meets the goals of local development and the expectations of stakeholders.
The final transfer of the site is expected in 2026 after the necessary regulatory measures have been taken.
