Lemvigh — Müller, a leading Danish steel and industrial products wholesaler, has announced the acquisition of the operations department and employees of regional wholesaler Brdr. Kier, further strengthening its position in Central and Eastern Jutland.
Founded more than a century ago, Brdr. Kier has established a strong reputation as a local supplier of steel, plumbing, and ventilation solutions to contractors, installers, and industrial customers throughout the region. Lemvigh — Müller strives to build on this local heritage by enhancing product expertise, advising clients, and offering services.

With this acquisition, Lemvigh — Müller is also expanding its geographical presence by acquiring outlets in North Aarhus and Skanderborg, as well as a steel warehouse in Hasselager. Brdr clients. Kier will now have access to Lemvigh — Müller's extensive catalog of over 550,000 products, as well as an extensive distribution network throughout Denmark.
The deal is currently subject to approval by the antimonopoly authorities and is expected to be completed in the coming months.
