The Ukrainian industrial company INTERPIPE has been supplying railway wheels for high-speed PATH trains in the USA for more than seven years. This was announced by the company's press service.
The PATH is a high-speed railroad that connects downtown New York City with four surrounding cities and provides transportation across the Hudson River. The total length of the routes is 22 km. PATH trains carry more than 220,000 passengers daily, including locals and tourists.
For this transport service, INTERPIPE regularly supplies railway wheels with a diameter of 711 mm, manufactured in accordance with the American standard AAR M107/M108.The products are equipped with noise-absorbing rings, which reduces the noise level of trains in the urban environment.
Oleg Vodolagsky, a leading sales manager for railway products in the American and Asian markets, noted that the long-term cooperation with PATH confirms the reliability of the company as a supplier.

Today, as we shift our focus more to the passenger segment, our supply chain experience for PATH confirms our expertise in this area.
