Severstal-Infocom's IT specialists and Control Link experts have developed a solution for contactless integrity monitoring of conveyor belts. The tests were carried out in the workshop of firing and finished products of Karelian Pellets.
The installation has successfully detected spills, damage, and tape misalignment without false alarms. It is compatible with industrial automation systems, supports remote access, and in one version works in outdoor conditions from -40 to +50 °C.
