At the first stage, the general concept of the ESCP as a cascade of dashboards was created and the basis for its further deployment was formed: a methodology was defined, a data warehouse was created, cloud technologies and managed services are used. Today, the ECPP monitors over 2,000 production indicators and generates more than 50 analytical dashboards and reports. The system includes a Data Governance solution, which describes each indicator, its calculation algorithms, sources, and contains information about those responsible.
The system now covers processes from ore mining to pig iron smelting in the blast furnaces of EVRAZ NTMK and EVRAZ ZSMK. The ECPP is also adapted for high-quality calculation of monthly bonus rates for the entire production of the company. Shop managers are already using the ESCP to monitor production performance. The variability reports show the causes of deviations and various technological indicators, which makes it easier to find patterns and root causes.
