The site was opened at the TMK Pipe Service production site in Noyabrsk, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
The main task of the new site is the high—quality preparation of pipes for further operation by removing mechanical impurities, corrosion and surface grease. Preparatory activities included the organization of the construction site, laying of the foundation, installation of the building and laying of communications. At the same time, work was carried out on the manufacture and installation of equipment and storage racks.
To improve the quality of pipe processing, the design of the pipe internal cleaning line has been improved: standard turning plates have been replaced with carbide ones, which avoids repeated cleaning cycles and increases work efficiency. The site was located near the washing shop in order to simplify logistics and increase the volume of pump and compressor pipes processed and prepared for repair.
This section of the internal pipe cleaning opens up new opportunities for TMK NGS, said Evgeny Gaas, General Director of TMK NGS.
