The history of BMK's steel and wire production (part of the Mechel Group) dates back 111 years. The wire and nail factory was put into operation in Beloretsk in 1914. The first products were telegraph and barbed wire and nails.
Over the more than a century-long history of steel wire rope production, BMK has repeatedly become a pioneer in the development and implementation of new technologies and promising types of products.
