Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works has mastered the production of reinforced steel products with increased strength and guaranteed resistance to corrosion cracking.

In particular, we have mastered the production of high-ductility (H) fittings of class A500SN, fittings with a guarantee of resistance to corrosion cracking (K) of class A500SK and meeting the requirements for cyclic loads (U) of classes A500SU, A500SNU, A500SK; as well as high-ductility fittings with additional requirements for cyclic loads and a guarantee of resistance to corrosion cracking of classes A500SNK, A500SNOOK. New types of products are produced in coils from 8 to 12 mm in diameter and rods from 12 to 32 mm in diameter.
These classes of reinforcement are used in the reinforcement of precast reinforced concrete structures, the construction of monolithic reinforced concrete. They have improved endurance and ductility characteristics, which makes it possible to use such fittings in highly loaded industrial structures: power plants, infrastructure facilities, buildings and special-purpose structures, for residential construction in seismic areas.
Specialized tests conducted in an independent laboratory have confirmed that the products comply with additional technical requirements for rebar products, such as resistance to corrosion cracking.
In addition, MMK has mastered the production of high-strength fittings of the A600SN class and with increased ductility, as well as fittings with guaranteed resistance to corrosion cracking of the A600SK and A600SNK classes according to GOST 34028 in coils with a diameter of 10 mm and rods from 12 to 32 mm.
The main advantage of A600C class fittings is their high mechanical properties, which guarantee resistance to corrosion cracking and increased ductility. These products can be used instead of A500C class fittings, reducing the metal consumption of reinforced concrete structures. Its scope of application is monolithic housing construction, construction of unique high–rise buildings and structures and large infrastructure facilities (bridges, metro stations, tunnels, overpasses, etc.).
