The new type of hot-rolled corrugated products is produced with a width of up to 2000 mm inclusive and a sheet thickness of 4 to 14 mm, which creates additional opportunities for customers.

Rolled products with a convex pattern on the surface forming stiffeners are widely used in various fields. In particular, it is used to ensure the requirements of industrial safety - during the installation of decking, floors in workshops, steps of metal stairs.
Corrugated rolled products are also used in construction and in the transport sector – for covering floors in car bodies, in railway wagons, trams, and in the manufacture of loading and unloading equipment platforms.
The production of rolled products with grooving is regulated by GOST 8568-77, this standard defines the chemical composition of the product, but does not regulate its mechanical properties.
MMK specialists have developed and implemented a technology that makes it possible to guarantee the mechanical properties of rolled products with grooving according to GOST 8568-77 corresponding to strength classes up to and including 345 according to GOST 19281-2014, with compliance with the standards of impact strength at test temperatures up to -60 °C.
The guarantee of the mechanical properties of rolled products with fluting allows the use of this material for the production of products and structures designed for use in adverse climatic conditions. To date, more than 2,500 tons of these products have been shipped to customers.
