Production of gold in Russia in January-August has grown by 26.02% compared to the same period of 2018 to 232,16 tons, is spoken in the message of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation with reference to information about supplies of raw materials to Russian refinery companies.

Production of silver in Russia in the first eight months 2019 reduced by 9.47% to 634,84 tons (previous year — 701,26 tons), including mining — was 307,16 tons against 318,75 tons (decrease by 3.64%), associated — 221,07 tons against 211,74 tons (an increase of 4.41%), secondary — 106,61 tons against 170,77 tons (down by 37.57%).

the Ministry of Finance for the first time published the statistics of production in the Russian Federation of precious metals at the end of 2014. The Agency gives data on gold-bearing concentrates, which for processing and exported from and returned to smelters of the Russian Federation. According to the Ministry of Finance in Russia to 2017 was made 306,9 tons (+6,4%) gold and 1044,3 tons (-4,1%) of silver.
