Azovstal will shut down the coking shop, the trapping and desulfurization shop, the blast furnace shop, the converter shop, the plate shop, the rail and beam shop, the rail fastening shop, the lime-burning shop, and the metallurgical slag processing shop. The work of the sinter plant, blast furnace and converter shops, sheet rolling shops 1700 and 3000, as well as cold rolling shops will be suspended at MMKI. The mode of hot conservation of enterprises will last seven days. Decisions on the further mode of operation will be made depending on the current situation.

Currently, lists of specialists are being formed at the Mariupol metallurgical plants that are needed to ensure production capacities in the hot conservation mode.

Metinvest's enterprises are the most protected places - shelters with provisions, medicines and necessary communications are equipped. In the event of an escalation of the situation, immediate supervisors will notify employees of the need to proceed to the shelter.
