A world record for the monthly shipment of rock mass has been set at JSC "MC" Kuzbassrazrezugol "(an enterprise of the raw materials complex of the UMMC). In July of this year, Evgeny Zakharchenko's brigade (Kedrovsky Coal Mine Branch) loaded 1 million 90 thousand cubic meters of overburden on EKG-18 No. 21.
The team set a world record within the framework of the month of high-performance labor, which for many years has traditionally been held at the coal company on the eve of the main professional holiday - Miner's Day. Having shipped 1 million 90 thousand cubic meters of rock mass in a month, the brigade under the leadership of Evgeny Zakharchenko exceeded the monthly standard by 261 percent.
“Record performance on this equipment was achieved, primarily due to the high professionalism of the brigade miners, their attitude and desire, as well as thanks to the excellent organization of the production process and the well-coordinated work of the entire team of the enterprise ", - comments the head of the production department of JSC" MC "Kuzbassrazrezugol" Yuri Guk.
The record result of shipment of rock mass, along with the brigade EKG-18 No. 21, ensured the joint work of the crews of 10 BelAZ-75306 mining dump trucks with a carrying capacity of 220 tons, a CAT 24 grader and bulldozers.
EKG-18 No. 21 produced by PJSC Uralmashzavod was put into operation at Kedrovsky coal mine on September 20, 2018. In total, as of August 1, 2019, the excavator processed 6,246 million cubic meters of rock mass. Today, ten EKG-18 excavators are in operation at the open-pit mines of JSC MC Kuzbassrazrezugol.
