The Altai Territory, with its remaining rocks, shows marvelous pace at the development of agrarian industry. A lot of KFGs are being revived, taking on a different life and being re-equipped technically. Also, fallow lands are being developed in record time, tens of thousands of hectares are being introduced into the field. The choice of birth also overturns the planned ochіkuvannya and allows businesses to develop successfully. But the appearance of a chosen one is born on old mechanical cars, which were lost in rich states and enterprises.
ASP has already managed to earn the trust of Altai farmers by successfully completing projects for the supply of modern weighing equipment. The equipment of our production for several years of active operation has shown itself exclusively as a reliable and high-quality product. Recently, another project for the construction of modern turnkey truck scales has been completed. It was carried out at the request of the head of the agricultural enterprise.
Already for 2 years, this enterprise has been accounting for its products on truck scales manufactured by ASP, but at a neighboring enterprise. Having checked the live reliability of our equipment, it was decided to purchase such equipment for our own use. After clarifying the needs of the enterprise, the model of truck scales ASP 100-18-3 was chosen. This model is designed to work with an intensive cargo flow while maintaining all the declared metrological characteristics throughout the entire life of the balance. It took 21 days to complete the project, including the state verification.
All the necessary construction and installation works were carried out within the established time frame, including the construction of a monolithic foundation, installation of equipment and fine tuning of the scales using a reference load. At the end of the work, the scales were handed over for the initial state verification, which they successfully passed.
As a result, the customer received a fully operational 100 ton 18 meter truck scales suitable for commercial weighing.
