The autumn-winter season is a difficult time for many equipment manufacturers, as the main construction work is being completed, many projects are mothballed.
ASP strives to complete all the projects it undertakes, while there is such a technical possibility, without compromising the quality of the equipment, which in the future will negatively affect the accuracy of weighing and bring financial damage to the owner. Recently, a project was completed for the supply of truck scales for one of the agricultural enterprises located in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
Since the spring of this year, the company's management decided to purchase new weighing equipment to replace the old mechanical scales. Mechanical truck scales are already technically outdated and did not meet the needs of the enterprise. The maximum weighing limit on such scales reached a maximum of 30 tons and the length of the platform did not exceed 12 meters. By contacting the manufacturers of truck scales with a request for the possibility of upgrading existing ones or supplying new ones, proposals were received exclusively for the supply of new scales.
Having considered this request, our specialists proposed a complete modernization of the old scales with an extension of up to 18 meters and an increase in LLL up to 80 tons, with strengthening of the existing foundation, and casting of new pedestals for strain gauges. After considering all the proposals, the management of this enterprise decided to carry out a complete modernization of the scales, carried out by ASP companies.
The only condition of the customer was the date of commencement of work, which had to correspond to the end of the harvesting season and was set for the month of November. The technical specialists of our company immediately warned about the temperature conditions at which it is possible to carry out construction work. On time, all construction and installation work was carried out and new electronic truck scales for 80 tons 18 meters appeared in place of the old mechanical scales.
These truck scales passed the primary state verification, and additional industrial tests were carried out from the customer, upon completion of which the scales were accepted without any complaints and in full.
