The company's production volume in January - November 2022 was 10.6 thousand tons. Or almost 66% of the level of the previous pre-war year. At the same time, in monetary terms, the company kept its revenue at the level of 90%.
"Despite the difficult situation in the country and Nikopol, we kept the team, customers and production. None of us was prepared to work in wartime, but today everyone must contribute to the victory. Taking into account all the circumstances, we are proud of our results and will continue to work to support the economy and the state", said the General Director of Centravis, Yuriy Atanasov.
As a reminder, the company is one of the ten largest producers of seamless stainless pipes in the world. The company's production volume at the end of 2021 amounted to 19.43 thousand tons. Centravis production is concentrated in Nikopol, which since July of this year has been under fire almost every day from Russian troops.
At the same time, the company manages to maintain production and fulfill orders from customers from many countries around the world.
As of November, the number of the team exceeds 1,400 people, which corresponds to the pre-war level.
The average salary of Centravis employees is UAH 20,070. This is 11% higher than the industry average.
"We are looking for opportunities, not reasons. We think about where to find raw materials, how to improve logistics and speed up the delivery of goods to customers, how to make better pipes. This is what we influence. We adapt, we learn, we go to exhibitions, we communicate with clients, we are constantly on the move. Our labor productivity has increased by about 17% compared to last year. The company has become more stable and united, and we believe that we will be able to get through this year normally and do a lot in the next one," concluded Yuriy Atanasov.
It should be noted that last year the company implemented a number of large-scale orders for such global companies as Benteler Automotive, LINSTER Edelstahlhandel, Rohr Mertel, Buhlmann Group, Webco, MRC.
Centravis works with such well-known car brands as BMW, Volkswagen, General Motors. It supplies pipes for the construction of nuclear power plants, fresh water storage, the International Experimental Thermonuclear Reactor (ITER) and other landmark projects.
