One of the indicators of the success of a manufacturing enterprise is the trust and demand for the equipment it produces. It is especially important if such equipment is bought over time by the same company that has already installed and actively operates the equipment of your production.
Recently, a second project was completed to build a weight control point for one of the leading agricultural enterprises in the Altai Territory. Earlier we wrote about the project of supplying new 80 tons 18 meter truck scales to replace the old scales, the project was fully completed by mid-November. During the operation of truck scales, the company's employees noted their high-quality assembly and high performance, as well as stable accuracy of weighing readings, even with heavy cargo flow. Having appreciated the whole weight complex, the management of the enterprise decided to purchase another similar complex before the start of the new sowing season.
Having received a request for delivery, telephone conversations were held to clarify the technical nuances of the project, including the current temperature regime, because the possibility of carrying out construction work on the construction of a monolithic foundation for the installation of scales depended on it. After making sure that the temperature regime complies with building codes, the necessary documents were signed and the deadlines for execution were determined. The project provided for the construction of 80 tons of 18 meter truck scales and a closed shed with swing gates, in a corporate color design. It was also envisaged to introduce the existing weigher's premises into the structure of the weighing complex. A separate moment was the organization of the supply of the project with the necessary materials and equipment.
All construction and installation works were completed within the established time frame, as a result of which truck scales were erected. When the scales were ready, they were fine-tuned, after which the scales were handed over to the representatives of the CSM for the initial state verification, which these scales successfully passed. The final stage of the project was the installation of a closed shed canopy, which will allow comfortable operation of truck scales in all weather conditions.
Upon completion of all work, the commission from the customer's side carried out the acceptance of the object, which passed without a single comment.
