From November 7 to 10, 2023, Moscow will host one of the leading events in the tool industry – the 16th Moscow International Exhibition of Tools, Equipment and Technologies MITEX. This year, the exhibition area has grown by 50%, and more than 900 companies have confirmed their participation, which is several times ahead of last year's figures. Exhibitors come from Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Turkey, India, Germany and China.
The MITEX exhibition is one of the central instrumental events in Russia and the CIS. Every year, the industry platform gathers the elite of the global tool industry and acts as a platform for presenting the latest achievements and innovations in the field of power tools, as well as a place to exchange experience and create new business contacts.
Traditionally, such companies as Uraloptinstrument, the Russian company KORONA, the international innovative engineering company CONDTROL, the Russian brand of manual locksmith tools Delo Techniki, the manufacturer of power equipment, battery and electric tools for industrial and household use Denzel company, the supplier of construction tools Sturm, Aurora Group, the plant "Fiolent", ZUBR company, TMK OptTorg, TSS GC, LIT Trading, Kalibr company, Einhell, Turbo-Tools (P.I.T. Tools), Patriot, FUBAG, The plant of High-rise structures "New Height", the company "Anchor", the company AL-KO and many others.
One of the main trends of last year was the growth in demand for products from local manufacturers. In 2023, at the exhibition, the CAIMAN brand of professional gardening equipment - the general sponsor of MITEX 2023 – will present a new category in its collection – CAIMAN chainsaws assembled at its own production in Russia. In 2022, more than 100 new products appeared in the company's line, and the range was replenished with new categories.
Visitors will also be able to get acquainted with local novelties at the stand of the Russian trademark of power tools, gardening and power equipment INTERSKOL. This year at the exhibition, the company will present perforators with a highly effective anti-vibration system ABC, manufactured at the Russian plant of LLC INTERSKOL in the Special Economic Zone "Alabuga". The unique design of the "case in case" type allows you to significantly reduce the vibration effect on the hands and the entire body of the user, preventing fatigue during prolonged work and the likely manifestation of symptoms of vibration disease.
This year, the "old–timer" of the exhibition - the Simbirsk-Crown Group of Companies, whose main activity is the development, production and sale of power tools of the STAVR and Kolner brands, will present their solutions at the exhibition. As part of the brand stands, the company will present a wide range of new tools and equipment. In particular, among the brand's novelties that visitors will be able to get acquainted with at MITEX 2023 are updated lines of thermal diesel guns STAVR and angle grinders for cutting, grinding, polishing.
For the first time, the exhibition will be attended by the production company "TOT", which specializes in the manufacture of abrasive tools on a flexible basis. For 7 years of work in the industry market, the company has established the production of more than 200 positions for mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, construction, metalworking, agriculture, food industry. In 2023, the company plans to launch local production of goods that will become a functional replacement for foreign analogues.
The exposition will also include foreign novelties. The premiere of this season will be a large–scale national exposition - MITEX CHINA, which will bring together more than 650 manufacturers from China.
The strategic partner of the MITEX 2023 exhibition will be the RATPE Association (Association of Trading Companies and Manufacturers of Power Tools and Small-scale Mechanization).

Today, as organizers, we see that European brands are being systematically replaced by local players who are bringing new lines of professional tools to the market. So, at MITEX 2023, many companies will present domestic developments in more than 27 sections for the first time. Cooperation with manufacturers from Asian countries is also being strengthened. This year, the area occupied by exhibitors from China will approach 7,000 sq.m. and will become an absolute record!" said Gulnara Markelova, Director of MITEX.
