TMK implemented multimedia projects in honor of the 80th anniversary of the Victory

On the eve of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) supported the All-Russian project #MUZYK INSTEAD and posted a multimedia landing on the brand media platform "Trubnik Online" On the defense of the Motherland: from the blast furnace to the front" dedicated to the feat of factory workers and enterprises during the war years.

As part of the #MUSIC project, employees of TMK enterprises performed the famous song "Victory Day" by composer David Tukhmanov based on the words of Vladimir Kharitonov. The music video was shot in the regions of the company's presence – Volgograd, Rostov, Sverdlovsk and Chelyabinsk regions – and brought together employees of the company's enterprises, children's vocal groups and invited vocalists, whose creative path is closely connected with the cities where TMK plants are located. Some of the footage of the video, produced by the project manager, Russian composer and singer Timur Vedernikov, was shot at an existing production facility – TMK employees performed verses from the legendary work at their workplaces.

By May 9, a large-scale landing page was published on the brand media "Trubnik Online", telling about the contribution of enterprises and factory workers themselves to the victory over fascism. They tell about the evacuation and organization of production during the war, the production of products for the needs of the front and the labor feat of employees.

The landing page contains photos and stories of employees of enterprises who fought on the fields of the Great Patriotic War in the ranks of the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army (Red Army). In addition to the employees of STZ, SinTZ, PNTZ, TAGMET and ChelPipe, the project tells about the front–line exploits of metallurgists who later worked at the Volga Pipe Plant (VTZ) - the enterprise was built after the war, but veterans of the Great Patriotic War took a direct part in its construction and launch.

Also on Victory Day, the rgoTMK corporate newspaper published an editorial study, "Steel Ram of the Urals," which for the first time revealed the facts about the creation of the Ural Volunteer Tank Corps, where employees of four enterprises that later joined TMK – PNTZ, SinTZ, STZ and ChelPipe - served. Pipe workers and metallurgists served in the unit, which was fully equipped with the people's money.
