From November 11 to November 14, 2025, Crocus Expo IEC will host
The 2nd International Exhibition of Housing and Communal Services and the construction complex UtiliCon, which will become a place of attraction for professionals in the field of construction, landscaping, engineering infrastructure and housing and communal services. The event is organized by the EUROEXPO Group of Companies with the support of the Russian Ministry of Construction.
For the first time, the event will be held in the format of a joint exhibition project "MEGAPOLIS EXPO". On a total area of 60,000 sq. m. Three expositions will be launched simultaneously: UtiliCon (housing and communal services and construction), Climate World AUTUMN (climate systems) and MITEX (tools and technologies).
A set of solutions for urban economy
UtiliCon 2025 will feature a wide range of equipment and services for all stages of the urban environment life cycle: building materials, special equipment, elements for digitalizing housing and communal services management processes, products for parking lots, landscaping yards and playgrounds, barrier-free infrastructure, ensuring the safe operation of public utilities, and much more.
Professional dialogue: from trends to practice
UtiliCon promotes the building of sustainable partnerships aimed at modernization, digital transformation of housing and communal services and the construction complex. More than 100 experts will take part in the business program: representatives of the Russian Ministry of Construction, governors, heads of companies, specialists from 50 regions of Russia and CIS countries, directors of management organizations and developers – all those who create the appearance, comfort and sustainability of the urban environment. During the panel discussions, participants will discuss the implementation of national renovation projects, the introduction of digital twins in housing and communal services, and standards for "green" construction.

It is expected that over 13,000 professionals will attend the exhibition, including technical directors of management companies, engineers, architects, representatives of contracting organizations, purchasers of construction holdings and heads of municipal services of the federal districts of Russia. Due to the format of the combined exhibition project under the leadership of MEGAPOLIS EXPO, the total reach of UtiliCon visitors will reach 40,000 people.
