From trends to practice: ISTK at the exhibition "Russian Coal and Mining. The Bowels of Russia"

The company "Instroitekhcom" (ISTK), as one of the leading distributors of the market of special equipment, equipment and spare parts for all industries, presented its product portfolio for solving the problems of subsurface users: mining equipment, open-pit mining equipment, crushing and screening equipment, spare parts and modern products for mining automation. The Goodeng GMD80S pneumatic impact drilling rig for drilling drilling and blasting wells with a diameter of 90 to 203 mm and a depth of up to 36 m was presented at the stand. And also – a new development for underground mining – the SITON DL52 cleaning drilling rig. The equipment is equipped with an analog of the SANDVIK HL1560 rotary hammer with a capacity of 33 kW, and is capable of drilling wells up to 54 m deep and 127 mm in diameter.

"We do not limit ourselves to the supply of products, but accompany the customer at every stage: from the selection of necessary equipment and spare parts to consultations and comprehensive technical support. The assortment is formed in response to current requests and plans of subsurface users. Special attention is paid to the service – we do not leave the customer alone with calls and provide 24/7 operational support," said Roman Tonyshev, Head of the ISTK Combine Harvesters and Enrichment Department.

ISTK places a special emphasis on a wide network of service centers throughout the country. 62 structural divisions and 11 service centers provide 24/7 technical support. The possibilities include prompt repair of equipment of European, Japanese, and Chinese brands, including the departure of specialists to the customer's facility, industrial diagnostics, staff training, and the supply of spare parts.

One of the largest service centers is located in Kemerovo, which ensures minimal response time to requests from Kuzbass enterprises. The total area of the service center is 14,000 m2, 900 m2 of which is a spare parts warehouse. The throughput capacity is up to 10 node repairs per month, while the production capabilities allow for three major repairs simultaneously: PDM machines, drilling rigs, mining combines, bulldozers, dump trucks.

This year, for the first time, the company presented solutions for digitalization and automation of mining enterprises. Among the digital products: a three-dimensional geological information system (3D GIS) for smart resource extraction planning, an intelligent control room, computer-aided design of blasting operations, autonomous transport and virtual reality learning systems (VR-learning).
