Business program of the Climate World AUTUMN 2025 exhibition: HVAC/R equipment in the focus of urban development
From November 11 to November 14, 2025, the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Center (Moscow) will host the Climate World AUTUMN 2025 exhibition, a special project as part of the MEGAPOLIS EXPO: Technologies and Solutions for Modern Cities exhibition event. The event will be held with the support of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation.
The MEGAPOLIS ARENA, a joint platform for business programs of the exhibition project, will present solutions in the context of an integrated approach to the improvement of a modern city. The space will become a meeting place for urban planners, urbanists, IT developers, energy specialists, purchasers and specialists in climate and water supply. Experts will discuss pressing industry issues, propose working solutions, and share experiences.
"Our work is based on the analysis of real cases of the present, not on fantasies. We present concrete solutions for modern cities that can be implemented in everyday life," said Dmitry Fedotov, Program Director of MEGAPOLIS ARENA.
The main focus of the business program of the Climate World AUTUMN 2025 exhibition will be on discussing climate solutions for residential and commercial facilities.
November 11: "The Formula for a Sustainable City: Physics + ecology + Engineering = Climate Comfort"
On the first day, a session will be held in which participants will consider how the urban microclimate affects everyday life, discuss green solutions and smart infrastructure to combat overheating and pollution. Experts will also touch upon the preparation of infrastructure for abnormal temperatures, including storm water systems and BIM heating design. Modern climate technologies are also on the agenda: intelligent solutions for energy efficiency, precision air conditioning and ventilation systems, reverse-cycle heat pumps, exhaust heat recovery, and hybrid solutions for critical infrastructure. In addition, the session will discuss issues of state regulation and environmental policy: regulations and standards for climate control equipment.
November 12: "Respiration, pulse, thermoregulation, immunity: Monitoring of the climate health of the MCD"
The main focus of the session on the second day of the exhibition is issues of safety, energy efficiency and climate control in residential buildings. The apartment building will appear as a complex engineering ecosystem where ventilation, heating and fire protection provide comfort without increased resource consumption. Experts will discuss automated ventilation and smoke extraction systems, flame retardants
