The Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) has been assigned the class "AAA" in the Anti-Corruption Rating of Russian Business, which indicates a very high level of anti-corruption. The experts noted the quality of the relevant regulatory documents and the effectiveness of TMK's activities in this area.
The rating experts evaluated 74 companies by analyzing public reports, information from open sources, evidence and measurable indicators, the level of disclosure of information on anti—corruption management, as well as regulatory documents. The Rating Committee confirmed the compliance of TMK's existing anti-corruption mechanisms and practices with the international standard ISO 37001:2016"Anti-corruption Management Systems. Requirements and application guidelines", and also pointed to the successful functioning of individual corporate structures for the regulation of compliance risks.
The company's efforts to educate and inform employees about the signs of corrupt behavior and its prevention, compliance risk management and antimonopoly regulation regarding responsibility for corrupt actions were separately assessed.
"The work on preventing corruption is carried out at TMK on a systematic basis. The company implements advanced compliance management practices, operates a special hotline, all employees are regularly trained in current norms and rules, and we also pay attention to the anti-corruption practices of our partners. This is how we ensure transparency of corporate business processes and create an atmosphere of trust necessary for the development of TMK and the industry as a whole," said Sergey Chikalov, CEO of TMK.
The anti-corruption rating of Russian business is compiled by the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) for the sixth time in a row. In 2025, companies were evaluated according to 50 criteria, each was assigned a class from category "A", meaning compliance with all indicators, to category "D". TMK holds one of the highest positions in the rating for the fifth time in a row. At the same time, the company is ranked 1st in the AAA rating class.
