The Chelyabinsk Metallurgical Plant (ChMK PJSC, part of the Mechel Group) held a festive lottery dedicated to International Women's Day. 10 employees of the plant, selected using a random number generator, received a cash prize and bouquets of flowers.
The drawing of prizes on the eve of March 8 has become a good tradition of the plant. It has been held for over five years. 10 women are selected by a special computer program using a random number generator, each of the winners will receive a cash prize and a bouquet of flowers. The award ceremony will traditionally take place at the ChMK Palace of Culture, where a festive concert will take place.

The lottery and the awarding of prizes is not only an interesting and expected event, but also a way to express gratitude for their work, to give joy and good mood, "said Denis Sazontov, HR and Social Programs Director of ChMK PJSC.
