PJSC "MMK", JSC "MMK-METIZ", OOO "MMK-INDUSTRIAL PARK" together with LLC "Tervingi" at the international industrial exhibition "Metal-Expo 2019", has signed a cooperation agreement. Signatures to the agreement set by the Director of the MMK Pavel Shilyaev, Director of the MMK-METIZ Alexander Mukhin, Director of the industrial Park MMK Vladimir Dremov and Director of the company "Tervingi" Michael Ushakov.
the Agreement provides for joint work aimed at creation of production of high strength steel wire product used as a reinforcing element in the construction of tires and other technological products. The project will be implemented in the industrial Park of MMK in Magnitogorsk.
the Total investment cost of the project is estimated at 8 billion rubles the amount of the required financial resources is 2.5 billion rubles, the reduction is achieved due to the synergistic effect of interaction between the parties, including adscititious competence and the value of existing assets.
the New plant will start in the fourth quarter of 2020 that will create 250 new jobs. The volume of production will amount to 35 thousand tons per year of high-tech products with high added value.
the buyers of the products will speak both Russian and European manufacturers of automobile tires, as well as consumers, specializing in the production of various reinforced polymer and rubber products.
the Site of the industrial Park MMK is a production property complex of 65 hectares, with the entire engineering infrastructure, developed railway network – there are all conditions for a quick start almost any new production. "MMK-Industrial Park" has passed accreditation in the Ministry of industry and trade of the Russian Federation, which gives investors the opportunity to apply the system of tax incentives. Currently on the site are the production activities of 26 residents.
