Sergey Likhachev visited the new Converter, which is now collected and ready to install. The unit will be equipped with three-stage gas purification system, which will allow to minimize the emissions generated in the steelmaking process. The Minister also saw the work of the other two Converter and continuous casting machine billet.

We think that the implementation of such events, the launch of new treatment systems will enable us to achieve by 2024, more than 30% reduction of emissions", – said Sergey Likhachev.
