On March 26, the grand opening of a 148-apartment building, built with the participation of the Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company, took place in Kirovgrad. Governor of the region Evgeny Kuyvashev, general director of UMMC Andrey Kozitsyn, head of the Kirovgrad city district Alexander Oskin and director of JSC Uralelektromed Vladimir Kolotushkin came to congratulate the new settlers. The cost of construction was 222.8 million rubles.
The building of a five-section residential building No. 13 in Microdistrict 3 of Kirovgrad is a former construction in progress. It was designed in 1990, construction began in 1992, but in 1994 it was suspended due to lack of funding.
This is the second long-term construction of the city, which was commissioned in the last three years with the support of The government of the Sverdlovsk region and the UMMC. The first was completed in 2016, the construction of the second was completed in 2018, and a year later, even slightly ahead of the original schedule, the house is ready to move in.
“Congratulations to the residents of Kirovgrad on this significant event. We have finally completed this long-term construction. We waited a long time, but they built it quickly. And I want to say thank you to the Ministry of Construction, the UMMC, the builders and the district administration, ”Evgeny Kuyvashev addressed the new settlers.
“The main thing is that we managed to sort out this unfinished construction,” Andrei Kozitsyn, the head of the region, supported. - There were many problems with him, but we were able to overcome everything. And today, finally, I can congratulate you all on your new home, because unfinished construction is bad, and beautiful houses and housing are great. ”
As noted by the head of the Kirovgrad urban district, Alexander Oskin, almost all large investment projects on the territory are solved jointly with the regional government and the UMMC. Last year we passed school, and now all children in Kirovgrad study in one shift. A wonderful ice arena has appeared. A sambo department for children was opened. Over the past two years, 27 dilapidated houses have been demolished and resettled.
Today, with the commissioning of this house, the housing problems of orphans are being completely resolved in the district, 35 families are resettling from dilapidated houses. Apartments are allocated for young specialists - teachers of secondary schools, coaches of sports schools. The keys to 23 new apartments will be received by employees of the Polymetal Production Branch of Uralelectromed JSC (an enterprise of the UMMC metallurgical complex).
Note that during the construction of this house, the structures of the building and its individual elements were restored. engineering support systems, landscaping completed.
