OJSC "BMZ — holding management company "BMK" examined consumer loyalty of its customers (NPS). By the end of 2019, this figure was 85.9%, which is the highest result for all the time of research. Compared to 2018, it increased by 4.5 percent.




In the study, questionnaires were sent to the Belarusian consumers of steel products from Europe, America, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and the CIS. His opinion about the cooperation with the BMZ in 2019 expressed 135 different companies. In the end, 88,1% of respondents said that they would recommend the Belarusian metallurgical plant for cooperation, and 9.6% took a neutral position, and only 2.2% of respondents expressed critical remarks. According to the existing calculation methodology, the difference between the percentage of loyal and dissatisfied customers is the NPS. At BMZ at the end of 2019, he reached 85.9%, which corresponds to the high level of loyalty.
