ТМК2U, corporate University Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) and the Sinara Group, in the shortest possible time transferred all corporate training processes in the online format. As a result, employees of both companies got the opportunity not to interrupt the learning in terms of restrictions due to the spread of coronavirus infection.
Corporate University ТМК2U created in November 2017, from its inception, focused on the use of distance education and e-learning courses. The development of production systems at the enterprises of TMK and Sinara Group, the introduction of the principles of project management required regular training of staff, and the wide geographical presence of companies necessitated the introduction of new tools for online learning. Today in the training schedule of the University for more than 40 e-courses, for 2020 it is planned to develop another 100 programs.
With the e-learning platform SOTA2U the University is training not just for managers, engineers and technologists, but also representatives of working professions. The technological capabilities of the implemented system allow for mass training, ensuring a fast transfer of new knowledge in the contour of the companies.
In 2019 ТМК2U taught e-courses about 40 thousand employees of TMK and Sinara Group, and also held over 100 educational events remote format. Headquarters ТМК2U in SKOLKOVO and educational platform of the University enterprises, acting as repeaters online and offline programs that allow you to follow the recommendations of the Ministry of science and higher education of the Russian Federation for distance learning.
