Mikhailovsky GOK has completed reconstruction of the plant for the production of components of granulita. The set of measures in the framework of the reconstruction from 2018 to 2020, the company "metalloinvest" has sent about 120 million rubles. The design capacity of the plant increased more than twice - from 15 to 38 thousand tons per year.
Experts MOSGIPROMEZ (Moscow), design centre and management of capital construction of the MMPP was developed working design documentation, carried out complex engineering surveys, passed the state examination.
In the course of reconstruction and complex modernization of the production established a new, more productive machines of preparation of the components of the emulsion, improved automated control system of technological process. In particular, the old controllers are replaced with modern programmable Siemens, as a result of increased precision dosing of raw materials and components, increased production safety.
the construction of the line packaging of waste containers under the raw materials are allowed three times to reduce the cost of its transportation.
