At the Sinarsky pipe plant (SinTZ), a member of Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK), commissioned the new complex finishing of pipes.
the Equipment installed in the plant for the production of pipes of oil assortment SinTZ, it allows in automatic mode to perform all the main stages in the finishing of pipes, including the formation of the finished packages of pipes for shipment to the customer.
the Introduction of the new complex has allowed to optimize the logistics and to speed up the process of finishing and commissioning of the pipe, because the process is finishing now is in a continuous process line without undue lifting operations and interplant transportation.
"the New equipment have completely automated the process of surface finishing of pipes at Sinarsky, significantly reducing the share of manual labor. Thanks to the introduction of modern production technologies, we were able to optimize traffic flows and significantly reduce the time of execution of orders, primarily of tubular products with premium connections. The modernization of technological processes at the Sinarsky pipe plant allows us to offer consumers the best product quality and thus improve competitiveness on the pipe market," said managing Director SinTZ Vyacheslav Gagarin.
