The most massive subbotniks took place on April 19 and 26: all employees of the workshops and departments of the enterprise took part in them. Metallurgists cleared dirt and swept roads at the plant, removed last year's foliage, whitewashed trees and curbs, painted benches and trash cans on the territory of the plant. The plant workers also cleaned up the city streets adjacent to the plant. About 15 trucks with garbage were removed.
Improvement will continue in May: lawn grass will be sown at the plant, bushes and trees will be cut off. By the beginning of May, a fountain will start working on the Prizavodskaya square next to the monument to the founder of BMK Ivan Tverdyshev. In June, flowers will be planted near the workshops and on the city territory adjacent to the plant.
