Metalloinvest (the "Company"), a leading manufacturer and supplier of iron ore products and hot briquetted iron on the world market, one of the regional producers of high-quality steel, announces the opening of a revolving credit line for 7 billion rubles. Credit Bank of Moscow (hereinafter - MCB).
As part of the implementation of the strategy for portfolio management, the Company entered into an agreement with MCB to open a revolving credit line with an obligation of up to RUB 7 billion. The transaction parameters provide for the possibility of a withdrawal of funds for a period of up to 36 months, the interest rate is floating - it is tied to the key rate of the Bank of Russia for the entire loan period.
The credit line is concluded for the purpose of providing a reserve source of the Company's liquidity.
