Bashkirskaya Med 'LLC has opened a new modern comfortable hostel for 160 people. It is planned that employees of contractors working in the underground mine of the Yubileinoye deposit will live here. Also, the miners of Bashkirskaya Med 'LLC will move to the new building.
Each residential block of the hostel has two rooms for 2 and 3 people, a common hallway and a bathroom with a shower.
The rooms have beds, furniture, refrigerators. There are spacious communal kitchens on each floor. In the basement floor, in addition to living rooms, there is a drying room, an assembly hall, a sports room, and a laundry room. In addition, for the convenience of workers, the office of the trade union organization of the enterprise will be located in the new dormitory.
The cost of building a new social facility was 49 million rubles. As part of the improvement of the territory next to the new building, about 50 birch saplings were planted, and in the spring the workers of the social service of Bashkirskaya Med 'LLC plan to sow lawns and plant flower beds near the new dormitory.
- The enterprise is developing, - says Alexander Tulenkov, General Director of Bashkirskaya Med 'LLC, - it is planned to increase production volumes and expand the number of personnel. We are systematically improving the social space, creating comfortable living conditions for our employees while on duty. The new dormitory is the next stage, and next year we plan to start construction of two more such buildings.
Today, there are two shift camps in Bashkirskaya Medi, located 4 kilometers from the industrial site. The lower town houses a canteen and two dormitories with 100 beds each, while the upper town now has 6 dormitories for a total of 700 people.
