Integrated Management System of Mikhailovsky GOK named after A.V. Varicheva (part of Metalloinvest) complies with international quality standards, health and safety, environmental and energy management. This conclusion was reached by representatives of TÜV NORD CERT GmbH (Germany), who carried out an independent check at the plant. Certification audits confirmed the compliance of the quality management system with the international standard ISO 9001: 2015, the health and safety management system with the international standard ISO 45001: 2018, the environmental management system with the international standard ISO 14001: 2015 and the energy management system with the requirements of the international standard ISO 50001: 2018.
Experts of the inspection company inspected the activities of the divisions of the Mikhailovsky GOK in a face-to-face and remote format and praised the integrated management system of the plant. The auditors made a conclusion on the fulfillment of all the requirements of international standards, and also noted the desire of managers and specialists to constantly improve the level of organization of production and management activities of the enterprise.
“During the audit, we noted the well-organized teamwork of the plant's staff, high competence of the personnel, positive dynamics of indicators in the field of process quality,” commented Dmitry Pankratov, the lead auditor. “The enterprise masters modern tools and techniques in the field of technical management, environmental management, increases the reliability of energy supply, creates comfortable and safe working conditions”.
